Welcome to FixFly. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to agree to these terms. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of FixFly or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

If you submit content to us, such as feedback, reviews, or testimonials, you grant FixFly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and display that content for promotional or operational purposes. Our website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.

Fixfly is sold as a subscription, priced per property, apartment, building or location according to the plan you select when ordering. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period — monthly or annual, as chosen at checkout — and renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

New subscriptions begin with a free trial of the length shown when you order. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial period and the payment method you provided is charged for the first billing period, and for each period thereafter.

Printed QR panels are physical goods manufactured to your order. They are charged in full at the time of ordering, including where the subscription begins with a free trial, and this charge is separate from and independent of the subscription. Because they are made to your specification, QR panels are non-refundable once they have been produced. Nothing in this clause affects rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law where such law applies to you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, including during the free trial, through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and no further amounts are charged. Fees already paid for a completed or current billing period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless required by law.

All prices are exclusive of value added tax unless stated otherwise. VAT is calculated and applied at checkout based on your billing country and, where you supply a valid VAT identification number, the reverse charge mechanism may apply to business customers in the European Union. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and tax identification details.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates. When you pay, your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive or store your full card details. By completing a purchase you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts described above, including recurring subscription fees.

FixFly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our website may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. FixFly does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we consider harmful to our business or other users.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Your continued use of the website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia.
