FixFly ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you interact with our website and services.
When you use our website or contact us, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any details you provide through forms or correspondence. We may also collect usage data, including information about your interactions with our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. Additionally, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze traffic, and improve our services.
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

- Send updates, newsletters, or promotional content (only with your consent)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with trusted service providers, such as third-party vendors that help us operate our website or deliver services (e.g., hosting providers and email platforms). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which receives the personal and payment data needed to take payment, prevent fraud and issue invoices, and which acts as an independent controller for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Request the deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Fixfly Pro mobile app
Fixfly Pro is the field app used by technicians and dispatchers at companies that work with Fixfly. Accounts are created by a company administrator — the app has no public sign-up. Alongside the above, the app handles:
- Account details — the email address and name your administrator registered for you, and your phone number, so colleagues can reach you about a job.
- Photos you attach — taken with the camera or chosen from your photo library to document a fault or record a repair. They are stored in your company's Fixfly account and are visible to colleagues working the same ticket.
- A push notification token — an identifier issued by Apple or Google so we can alert you when a job is assigned to you. It identifies the app installation rather than you, and it is deleted when you switch notifications off.
- Job data — the tickets assigned to you, the venue and room they concern, the messages you write about them, and when you accepted or resolved them.
Face ID, Touch ID and the app PIN are handled entirely on your device and serve only to unlock the app. Your biometric data and your PIN are never sent to us and we cannot read them. The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and it does not collect your location.
The company you work for is the controller of the data held in its Fixfly account. To see, correct or delete your data, speak to your company administrator, or write to us at [email protected] and we will pass the request on.
